Role OverviewWe are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Specialist to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
You will be responsible for generating leads, engaging prospects, and converting businesses into Shiplee platform users.
This role requires strong communication, sales persistence, and the ability to understand the needs of e-commerce brands, D2C startups, and online sellers.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate leads from e-commerce brands, Shopify stores, and online sellers
Conduct outbound outreach via calls, email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp
Demonstrate the Shiplee platform and explain logistics solutions to potential clients
Manage and track the sales pipeline using CRM tools
Follow up with prospects and convert them into active platform users
Handle customer objections and provide tailored solutions
Collaborate with operations and support teams for seamless onboarding
Achieve monthly sales and onboarding targets
QualificationsStrong communication and persuasion skills
Understanding of inside sales and lead generation
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Basic knowledge of e-commerce or logistics industry is preferred
Experience with CRM tools, LinkedIn outreach, or cold calling is a plus
Self-driven mindset with a results-oriented approach
Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
