Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Management:
- Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their manpower requirements.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
Sales & Business Development:
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
- Promote the company's services to potential clients through meetings, presentations, and networking.
Market Research:
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for growth in the manpower consultancy sector.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
Coordination & Follow-Up: o Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful placement of candidates as per client requirements.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and agreements.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to management.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in business development, preferably in manpower consultancy or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in using MS Office tools and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients simultaneously.
- Flexible to travel as required.
