About the Role
As a Business Development Executive, you'll own the top of our sales funnel from identifying the right prospects to booking high-quality meetings for the sales team. This isn't just cold calling; you'll play a strategic role in shaping outreach approaches, refining lead qualification criteria, and contributing to revenue growth.
What You'll Do
- Prospect decision-makers at US companies using ZoomInfo, Seamless, and Lusha
- Run multi-channel outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone
- Communicate our AI consulting and services value proposition clearly to C-suite and senior stakeholders
- Qualify leads through discovery conversations against our ICP
- Schedule meetings and ensure smooth, context-rich handoffs to Account Executives
- Maintain clean CRM records and report pipeline metrics
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to sharpen targeting and messaging
What We're Looking For
- 24 years in B2B lead generation or inside sales (tech/SaaS/AI services preferred)
- Ability to articulate AI and technology solutions in simple, business-relevant language
- Strong spoken and written English for US-based outreach
- Comfortable with CRM tools and night shifts
- Self-starter with strong ownership mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
