Job Description

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through various sales channels (direct, partner, digital, etc.).
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations and product demos.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, RFPs, and pitch decks for clients.
  • Collaborate with the technical and delivery teams to understand service offerings.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline in the CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 0–3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Pre-Sales in IT services or related industries.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge of IT services, CRM, ERP, Banking, and Insurance domains.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage sales pipelines and customer interactions using CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and a quick learner.
  • Knowledge of platforms like Upwork is an added advantage.
  • Exposure to Odoo and Zoho CRM/ERP solutions will be a strong advantage.
