Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive in the real estate sector, located in New Delhi. The Executive is required to visit Uttarakhand and Himachal in order to facilitate client visit.

The Executive will be responsible for generating leads, meeting prospective clients, presenting property offerings, negotiating deals, and finalizing sales agreements. The individual will also build and maintain strong client relationships, stay updated on real estate trends, and contribute to achieving sales targets and company growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and deal-closing skills
  • 1 year of Real Estate sales is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in client relationship management and providing tailored investment solutions
  • Keen understanding of the real estate market and market trends
  • Time management, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
  • Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
  • Relevant experience in real estate sales is preferred
