Role Description

The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities while building strong relationships with clients to promote Raysteeds Energy's solar power solutions. Daily tasks include prospecting potential customers, conducting site surveys, presenting customized proposals, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves providing customer support, collaborating with the technical team to oversee project implementation, and staying updated on industry trends and incentives.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in following location.

  5. Roorkee
  6. Kotdwar

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Sales experience in renewable energy, electronics, or a related industry
  • Ability to conduct market research and site surveys effectively
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
  • Knowledge of solar energy systems, government subsidies, and net metering is a plus
  • Goal-oriented mindset and ability to work in a target-driven environment
  • Problem-solving skills and capability to manage multiple clients and projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred

Salary Range: 15K-20K Per Month. Plus Incentives as applicable as per the company policy.
