Role Overview
We are looking for a customer-focused Business Development Executive with strong client management skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have the ability to understand customer requirements and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Knowledge of interior design concepts is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
● Engage with customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable furniture solutions.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and service.
● Generate leads from architects and UHNWI clients.
● Provide end-to-end customer support throughout the sales journey, ensuring a seamless experience.
● Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and guide customers in making informed purchase decisions.
● Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
● Follow up on leads, inquiries, and customer feedback in a timely manner.
● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
● Work closely with other departments and contribute as a proactive team player to achieve common organizations goals.
● Stay updated on furniture trends, materials, and market developments.
Requirements
● 5–7 years of experience in sales, customer relationship management, or a similar client-facing role.
● Strong client handling and negotiation skills.
● Understanding of furniture products, materials, and applications.
● Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Customer-centric mindset with a strong focus on service excellence.
● Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Nice to Have
● Basic knowledge of interior design principles and space planning.
● Experience working in the furniture, home décor, interior solutions, or lifestyle industry.
● Existing network of architects, interior designers, or corporate clients.
