Job Description

Position               : Business Development Executive (BDE) – Networking Solutions

Company             : TDM Network P. Ltd. www.tdmnetworks.net

Location               : Noida

Experience          : 3-5yrs +

Salary range       : Upto 10 LPA (Fixed +Variable)  

 

Job Summary

Responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting networking products and services such as LAN/WAN solutions, network security, cloud networking, and IT infrastructure solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities

×       Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital channels.

×       Generate leads and schedule meetings with prospective clients.

×       Understand customer networking and IT infrastructure requirements.

×       Present company networking solutions and services to clients.

×       Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.

×       Coordinate with technical and pre-sales teams for solution design.

×       Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.

×       Maintain CRM records and sales reports.

×       Build long-term relationships with clients and partners.

×       Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

 

Required Skills

×       Strong communication and presentation skills.

×       Knowledge of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, Network Security, Cloud).

×       Sales and negotiation skills.

×       Lead generation and client acquisition experience.

×       CRM tools knowledge (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).

×       Ability to work independently and meet targets.

 

Qualifications

×       Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or related field.

×       3-5 years of experience in business development, IT sales, or networking solutions sales.

×       Networking certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNA) are an advantage.

×          Revenue generated.

×          Number of new clients acquired.

×          Lead conversion rate.

×          Sales pipeline growth.

×          Customer retention rate.
