Role Overview:

We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) who can help us expand our international client base.

You will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and reaching out to potential clients
  • Building and managing a strong sales pipeline
  • Setting up qualified meetings with prospects
  • Supporting the sales process from lead generation to conversion

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold email, and other platforms
  • Research and identify potential international clients
  • Initiate conversations and build relationships with decision-makers
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings
  • Maintain and track leads using CRM or tracking tools
  • Collaborate with the founder and tech team for proposals
  • Follow up consistently to move leads through the pipeline

Requirements:

  • 2–4+ years of experience in IT sales/business development
  • Strong English communication (written & verbal)
  • Experience with LinkedIn outreach and cold emailing
  • Basic understanding of web development / IT services
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
