Business Development Executive

Experience:Minimum 2 to 3 years.

Qualification:Graduate/PGDM- Sales

Location:Thane

Work Area: Navi Mumbai and adjoining industrial belts

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong field sales and on-ground mapping capabilities in industrial areas
• Lead generation and prospect identification skills
• Ability to identify and connect with key decision-makers (HR, Admin, Plant Head, Management)
• Good networking and relationship-building skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of B2B sales processes
• Ability to initiate business conversations and create opportunities
• Strong reporting and documentation skills (daily/weekly activity tracking)
• Self-motivated with a proactive and target-driven approach
• Familiarity with industrial clusters and manufacturing ecosystem (preferred)

Desired skills:

• Experience in field sales / business development
• Basic understanding of B2B sales (HR services preferred)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Good negotiation and persuasion ability
• Familiarity with industrial areas and manufacturing setup
• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting
• Self-driven with ability to work independently
• Willingness for extensive field travel
