Role Description
As a BDE, you will be required to handle project inquiries (inbound), conduct client calls (outbound), negotiate contracts, and provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications
Experience in Business development or a related role will be appreciated
Hands-on experience with CRMs such as Zoho, Salesforce, etc., will be appreciated
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Result-oriented and able to meet sales targets
