Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive international client acquisition, generate high-quality leads, and contribute to global business expansion. The role involves active client outreach, sales pitching, and relationship management across international markets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities in international markets
Conduct cold calling and outreach to global clients to generate qualified leads
Deliver effective sales pitches and presentations to prospective clients
Prepare proposals, business reports, and sales documentation
Maintain and update CRM systems for accurate tracking of leads and pipeline
Build and maintain strong client relationships through calls, emails, and virtual meetings
Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with business goals
Contribute ideas and strategies to enhance client engagement and revenue growth
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, Commerce, or a related field
Fresher to 2 years of experience in sales/business development (preferred)
Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
Basic understanding of sales processes, lead generation, and client handling
Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn, CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is an advantage
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
Ability to perform in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
