This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lucknow for a Business Development Executive. The core responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, executing strategic sales plans, and fostering relationships with clients. Additionally, the role involves managing client accounts, engaging in effective communication, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve organizational goals.

• Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Strong knowledge of Business and Account Management
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Understanding of digital transformation and related services is an advantage
• Proven ability to meet targets and work effectively under pressure
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in sales or business development is preferred
