We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to help us expand our client base and drive business growth.

Job Summary

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, identifying potential clients, building strong customer relationships, and converting leads into long-term business partnerships. The candidate should be proactive, target-driven, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business leads through social media platforms, WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
  • Identify and approach potential clients in the target market.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
  • Follow up on incoming leads and inquiries on a timely basis.
  • Convert leads into confirmed orders and long-term clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and order requirements with clients.
  • Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Maintain a daily database of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Share regular reports on lead generation, conversion ratio, and business growth.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Graduate in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field
  • Prior experience in sales, business development, or client servicing is preferred
  • Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply
