Role Overview

We areseekingascientifically grounded Business Development Executivewho can bridge deep technical understanding with strategic business engagement. This role involves promoting thePRinS3 platform, supporting customers during pre-sales, and expanding our presence across academic and commercial markets.

Key Responsibilities

Scientific & Customer Engagement

  • Deliver scientific and business presentations, product demonstrations, workshops, and webinars for life science and materials science audiences
  • Provide scientific consultation and technical support to clients inpharma, biotech, FMCG, and academic institutions
  • Act as a subject-matter expert and brand ambassador at conferences, industry events, and customer meetings
  • Address customer questions, feedback, and objections professionally to build long-term trust and credibility

Product & Technical Collaboration

  • Work closely withApplication Scientists, Software Developers, and business teams to understand and communicate new platform features
  • Evaluate new software functionalities and provide structured feedback for product improvement
  • Support pre-sales activities by understanding customer challenges and mapping PRinS3 capabilities to their research needs.
  • Create and update scientific content for tutorials, workshops, and online learning resources
  • Develop impactful presentation materials and conduct compelling PRinS3 demonstrations tailored to customer use cases

Qualifications

  • M.Sc. or Ph.D.in Computational Biology, Computational Chemistry, Materials Science, Bioinformatics, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experiencein scientific business development, application science, pre-sales, or a closely related role
  • Demonstrated experience engaging with stakeholders inlife sciences or materials sciencesectors

Additional Skills (Good tohave)

  • An MBA from any reputedinstitution.
  • Hands-on experience ininsilico drug discovery,cheminformatics, ormachine learning
  • Stronganalytical, communication, and organizationalskills
  • Background inscientific teaching, training, or science communicationis a plus
  • Ability to explain complex scientific concepts todiverse and non-specialist audiences
  • Willingness totravel for client meetings, conferences, workshops, and industry events.
