About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and skilled
Business Development Executive for a client-focused pre-sales and solutions role. The ideal candidate should have
23 years of hands-on experience in interacting with clients, conducting demos, understanding technical requirements, and supporting the sales cycle for IT or software services.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Sales & Solutioning
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and gather requirements.
- Deliver product/service demos and basic technical walkthroughs.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and solution documents.
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate client inputs into workable solutions.
Business Development
- Manage the full sales funnel: lead qualification demo proposal follow-ups closure.
- Identify new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Support revenue growth through timely and consistent deal conversions.
- Assist in pricing discussions and client negotiations.
Client Engagement & Onboarding
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the initial engagement.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding and coordinate handover with internal teams.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction during early project phases.
Revenue & Target Expectations
- This is a revenue-driven role with monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Expected to maintain accurate forecasting and timely CRM updates.
- Must consistently work towards achieving defined revenue goals.
Required Skills & Experience
- 23 years of experience in Pre-Sales or Business Development in an IT services company.
- Good understanding of IT concepts, SaaS platforms, APIs, or technical solutioning.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to deliver demos and engage confidently with clients.
- Experience in preparing proposals, SOWs, or solution decks.
- Knowledge of Make.com, Zapier, automation tools, or CRM platforms is an added advantage.
Educational Qualification
- B.Tech / BE in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
