Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development & Marketing Executive to drive client acquisition, build strong relationships, and expand our presence in the architecture and design industry.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Market Research
Identify and research potential clients in architecture, real estate, and construction sectors. Analyze market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities to support business growth.
2. Client Acquisition & Outreach
Initiate contact with prospective clients through calls, emails, and networking. Present the firm's services and generate interest in collaboration.
3. Follow-ups & Relationship Management
Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to build long-term relationships and ensure repeat business.
4. Meeting Coordination
Schedule and coordinate meetings between potential clients and the Co-founder for business discussions and tie-ups.
5. Understanding Client Requirements
Engage with clients to understand their needs, project scope, and expectations, and align them with the firm's capabilities.
6. Proposal & Pitch Development
Prepare business proposals, presentations, and pitch decks to effectively communicate the firm's expertise and secure projects.
7. Marketing & Brand Development
Plan and coordinate to execute marketing strategies including social media, website updates, and promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
8. CRM & Pipeline Management
Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and client interactions. Track sales pipeline and report progress regularly.
9. Networking & Industry Engagement
Represent the firm at industry events, exhibitions, and networking platforms to build connections and generate business opportunities.
10. Strategic Partnerships
Develop relationships with developers, contractors, and consultants to expand business reach.
11. Vendor Management
