Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore for a Business Development Executive. The successful candidate will identify and develop new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and implement strategies to generate revenue growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include market research, lead generation, client presentations, negotiations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Business Development Executive will also collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client needs and market demands.

Qualifications
  • Sales and Business Development skills, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and sales planning
  • Client Relationship Management and Communication skills to build strong, long-term partnerships
  • Market Research and Analytical skills to identify opportunities and devise actionable strategies
  • Presentation and Negotiation skills to communicate effectively and influence clients
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and general technology literacy
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented individual with a proactive attitude
  • Prior experience in sales or business development is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field
