Business Development Executive

We are looking for a focused and performance-driven Business Development Executive who has hands-on experience in Upwork bidding and proposal writing.

This role is strictly for professionals who understand how to identify relevant projects, craft strong proposals, and generate qualified leads through Upwork.

Key Responsibilities:

Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork

Analyze client requirements and project scope

Draft customized, high-quality proposals in English

Optimize bidding strategy to improve response rate

Maintain daily bidding targets

Track submitted proposals and responses

Maintain proper records of bidding activities

Mandatory Requirements:

12 years of experience in Upwork bidding (compulsory)

Strong understanding of proposal writing and client psychology

Proven experience in generating responses/leads through bidding

Excellent English communication

Basic computer and internet skills

Freshers Clause:

Exceptional freshers with excellent English communication and strong proposal writing skills may be considered for a 2-month unpaid training period, subject to performance evaluation.
