Role OverviewWe are looking for a Business Development Executive responsible for generating new business opportunities through structured cold calling and market outreach. The role focuses on building a strong pipeline of qualified leads for the Category Management team and requires a highly proactive and performance-driven approach.
Key ResponsibilitiesOutbound Prospecting
- Conduct daily cold calls to targeted businesses.
- Introduce the company's products and services to potential clients.
- Generate interest and identify potential business requirements.
Lead Qualification
- Identify key decision-makers within organizations.
- Understand business scale and packaging requirements.
- Assess buying intent and purchase timelines.
- Transfer only qualified leads with complete notes to the next stage of the sales pipeline.
Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate daily call records.
- Update CRM or lead-tracking systems regularly.
- Ensure structured handover of qualified leads.
- Follow defined reporting and documentation processes.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)- Number of calls made per day.
- Qualified leads generated per week.
- Client conversions after payment confirmation.
- Contribution to the overall sales pipeline.
Compensation- Base Salary: 1,80,000 per annum (15,000 per month)
- Incentive: 500 per successful client conversion
- Conversions are counted only after the first client payment is received.

- Ability to handle objections professionally.
