Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to identify and onboard new customers for our custom metal components. This role involves lead generation, market research, relationship management, and strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate should be skilled in B2B sales, have experience working with overseas buyers, and be adept at using platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigatorfor networking and outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Market Expansion:

Identify potential clients in industries that require customized precision metal parts.

Use platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, online databases, and trade directories to source new leads.

Research and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities in international markets.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management:

Build and maintain long-term business relationships with overseas buyers and procurement teams.

Understand client requirements and offer customized solutions based on their needs.

Work closely with engineering and production teams to ensure feasibility and timely execution of projects.

Sales & Negotiation:

Conduct professional B2B sales presentations, emails, and calls to pitch Oscon's products.

Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to close deals while maintaining profitability.

Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Strategic Networking & Brand Positioning:

Develop a strong presence on LinkedIn and other relevant industry forums.

Represent the company in international trade shows, virtual networking events, and exhibitions.

Promote Oscon's expertise in customized precision machining through industry connections.

Sales Coordination & Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions in CRM systems.

Provide weekly/monthly reports on sales progress, market trends, and business strategies.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination from lead generation to final delivery.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 4+ years in B2B sales, preferably in precision machining, metal components, or industrial manufacturing.

Technical Knowledge: Understanding of precision engineering, CNC machining, and customized metal parts.

Sales & Networking Skills: Strong expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold calling, email marketing, and B2B outreach.

Communication & Negotiation: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with global clients.

Target-Oriented Mindset: Ability to meet and exceed sales goals in an international business environment.

International Market Exposure: Experience in dealing with overseas buyers and handling exports is an added advantage.
