We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities and building strong client relationships. This role is suited for candidates with 1-5 years of experience in business development or sales.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective strategies for lead generation.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
