Job Description

As a Tele Caller Customer Acquisition, you will engage with pre-generated leads

received from:

Digital marketing platforms

Channel partners (MFDs / Brokers)

Offline marketing initiatives

Your goal is to educate prospects about Loan Against Mutual Funds (LAMF) and

convert qualified leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Connect with inbound leads and explain Liquify's loan offerings clearly

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions

Follow up consistently to close leads and meet conversion targets

Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding

Ensure a positive and professional customer experience

Eligibility & Skills:

Education: Any graduate

Languages: Proficiency in English & Hindi (mandatory)

Good communication and persuasion skills

Comfortable with phone-based customer interactions

Basic understanding of financial products (training will be provided)

Target-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn
