We Are Looking For | Business Development Executive – Online Bidder
Position: Business Development Executive – Online Bidder
Location: Sector 63, Noida
Salary: 35,000–40,000/month
Experience: 1–3 Years
Work Mode: Full-Time, Work from Office
Working Hours: 11 AM–8 PM, Monday–Friday
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and bid on relevant projects through Upwork and PeoplePerHour (PPH).
- Prepare customized proposals and generate qualified leads.
- Communicate with clients, negotiate project terms, and follow up on opportunities.
- Coordinate with technical teams for proposals and project requirements.
- Track bids, leads, conversions, and monthly targets.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Upwork and PeoplePerHour (PPH) is mandatory.
- Experience in online bidding, IT sales, or business development.
- Strong proposal writing, communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Understanding of IT/software development services preferred.
- Knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, or CRM tools.
