This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Chandigarh. The Business Development Executive will focus on identifying and generating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, managing client accounts, and ensuring the successful development and implementation of business strategies. The role also involves effective communication and collaboration with internal teams to meet objectives and exceed client expectations.

• Experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify and pursue opportunities.
• Proficiency in Account Management and building long-term relationships with clients.
• Strong skills in Business strategy and understanding market trends to drive growth.
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present persuasively.
• Proactive approach, problem-solving capability, and the ability to work independently.
• Proven sales or business development experience is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
