Business Development Executive

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Chandigarh, India. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, managing client accounts, fostering strong business relationships, and supporting the overall growth strategy of the company. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align offerings with client needs and presenting solutions effectively. The individual will also track market trends and assist in creating strategies to drive revenue growth.

• Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and cultivate opportunities.
• Strong capabilities in Business and Account Management to foster long-term client relationships and manage accounts effectively.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate ideas and negotiate with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze market trends and propose strategic solutions for business growth.
• Prior experience in the IT services or software development sector is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently within a team environment.
