Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Business Development & Operations Executive to support daily operations and drive business growth. The role involves identifying new business opportunities through platforms like Projects Today, conducting client outreach, and assisting in operational and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development

  • Identify new business opportunities by researching platforms like Projects Today and other online sources
  • Maintain and update a database of potential clients and ongoing projects
  • Conduct cold calling (minimum 40-50 calls/day) to connect with prospective clients and generate leads
  • Follow up with leads and coordinate for further discussions

2. Sales Support

  • Prepare and share quotations with clients
  • Assist in client communication and proposal follow-ups

3. Operations & Coordination

  • Maintain daily task sheets and pending reports for all team members
  • Track progress and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Coordinate between internal teams for smooth operations

4. Marketing & Communication

  • Draft and send marketing emails to prospective clients
  • Manage and update company social media platforms
  • Support basic digital marketing initiatives

Key Skills Required

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence in cold calling and client interaction
  • Good research and data-handling abilities
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline (Business/Marketing preferred)
  • Prior experience/internship in business development or sales is a plus
