Role Overview
We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Business Development Executive to expand our client base, build strong industry relationships, and drive revenue growth for our IT consulting and engineering services. This role requires strong market awareness, solution-selling capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with technical teams to convert business opportunities into long-term engagements.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities in IT consulting.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet revenue targets and expand market presence.
- Conduct client presentations, solution demos, and proposal discussions.
- Manage the full sales cyclefrom lead generation to negotiation and closure.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and candidates too.
- Understand client needs and align them with CADDPROTCS service offerings.
- Act as a primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring consistent communication and satisfaction.
Market Research & Strategy
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities.
- Provide insights and recommendations for service enhancements or new offerings.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking forums to promote CADDPROTCS.
Collaboration & Proposal Management
- Work closely with technical, delivery, and pre-sales teams to craft solutions aligned with client requirements.
- Prepare high-quality proposals, responses, and commercial documents.
- Ensure seamless handover of project requirements to delivery teams.
Qualifications & Skills
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- 37 years of experience in business development or sales within IT consulting, software services, or engineering solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of IT servicesincluding software development, cloud.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Preferred
- Experience in sales and marketing..
- Existing network of clients in IT, manufacturing, engineering, or enterprise sectors.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business value.
- Experience with CRM tools and structured sales processes.
