Oak Tree Software is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team in Indore. If you have a passion for sales, client acquisition, and business growth, we'd love to hear from you.

Experience Required

1–5 Years of Experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new business opportunities and clients.
• Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and outbound outreach.
• Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Understand client requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Achieve individual business development and revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding and delivery.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

Experience in lead generation, prospecting, and client acquisition.

Self-driven individual contributor with a proactive approach.

Ability to work independently and contribute to organizational growth.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
