Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Mohali district. The role involves identifying and generating new business opportunities, fostering relationships with clients, and managing accounts. Daily responsibilities will include conducting market research, developing and executing strategic plans, engaging with leads, and collaborating with internal teams to meet business objectives. The role demands proactive communication and expertise in delivering tailored solutions that align with client requirements and business goals.

Experience Required : 0-6 months

Salary Range : 18 k - 20 k /per month

Shift : Night shift ( 7 p.m - 4 a.m )

Qualifications

  • Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experienced generating business through various online freelancing platforms like Upwork, Guru, fiver, PPH etc.
  • Preparing and submitting proposals and bids in a timely manner to secure new business opportunities.
  • Communicating and understanding client's project requirements, negotiating terms and conditions to secure projects and maximise profitability.
  • Continuously conducting market research, identifying new opportunities and stay updated on new industry trends. Also improving bidding tactics to increase win rates.
  • Maintaining the record ofall bids and proposals submitted including outcomes and feedback received.
  • Coordinating with other departments to keep track record of client's projects.
  • Should be proactive and a team player.
