ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We're looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth within the SMB (Small and Medium Business) segment. The ideal candidate will have experience in media, advertising, or digital agencies, with a strong understanding of marketing solutions and client relationship management.

To be considered, candidates must reside and be eligible to work in Bangalore, India.

ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the SMB segment.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Develop tailored proposals, pitch presentations, and pricing strategies.
  • Achieve revenue and growth targets while tracking and reporting sales performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and campaign execution.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to identify market opportunities.

ABOUT YOU

  • 4–8 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in media, advertising, or digital marketing.
  • Strong network and experience with SMB clients.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Experience working in digital-first environments.
  • Understanding of performance marketing, content, or creative solutions.
  • Prior experience with CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
