Business Development Executive

Location: Mumbai (In-office) | Reports to: Founder | Type: Full-time

About Us:

Node Bracket Media (OneNBM) is a Mumbai-based digital marketing and AI video production agency, operating since 2015. We work with 350+ clients across India and international markets, specialising in social media management, performance marketing, content strategy, branding, and creative production.

Role Overview:

We're looking for a Business Development Executive to drive new client acquisition for our social media and digital marketing services. This is a high-ownership role for someone who is proactive, commercially driven, and comfortable managing the entire sales process from prospecting to closure.

Key Responsibilties:

  • Generate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and inbound inquiries.
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure.
  • Build customised solutions and proposals based on client requirements and budgets.
  • Maintain an organised sales pipeline and provide regular updates on opportunities and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and handover post-sale.
  • Represent OneNBM in client meetings, presentations, and business discussions.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably within a digital marketing or social media agency.
  • Proven track record of closing retainer-based business.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to independently generate leads and build a pipeline.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, email prospecting, and CRM tools.
  • Experience working with international clients is a plus.
