Business Development Executive (Night shift)

Location: Sector 68,

NoidaShift: 6:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Night Shift)

Onsite role, f2f interviews only

What you'll do

• Own the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closing

• Generate new business through outbound sales and strategic prospecting.

• Build and manage a healthy international sales pipeline.

• Engage decision-makers across the US, UK, Europe, and APAC.

• Lead discovery calls, product demonstrations, proposals, negotiations, and deal closures.

• Partner with pre-sales and delivery teams to ensure long-term customer success

.• Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience in International B2B Sales.

• Proven experience selling Salesforce, SaaS, CRM, or IT Services.

• Strong outbound sales and lead generation expertise.

• Hands-on experience with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Upwork, or similar platforms.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

• Experience working with international markets is highly preferred.
