Job Description

Title: Business Development Executive – US Sales

Location: Noida

Experience: 3-10 years of proven experience in US B2B Sales and Business Development.

About the Role

Business Development Executive to drive business growth in the U.S. market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, lead generation, client acquisition, and account management. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of U.S. buyer behavior, and the ability to build relationships with hotel owners, procurement teams, and project stakeholders while selling high-value hospitality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the U.S. hospitality sector.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and referrals.
  • Research target accounts and engage key decision-makers, including hotel owners, procurement managers, purchasing heads, and project stakeholders.
  • Schedule and conduct discovery calls to understand customer requirements.

Sales & Business Development

  • Present and promote ApneWala's comprehensive hospitality procurement solutions, including FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) and OS&E (Operating Supplies & Equipment).
  • Understand client requirements and recommend tailored solutions that meet project needs and budgets.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for prospective clients.
  • Handle negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract closures to achieve revenue targets.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.

Client Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners.
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience and satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and repeat business.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for clients hospitality procurement and sourcing needs.

Coordination & Project Execution

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including design, procurement, operations, and logistics to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project timelines, order fulfillment, and delivery schedules.
  • Resolve client concerns proactively and ensure timely communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in CRM systems.

Reporting & CRM Management

  • Keep CRM tools updated with sales activities, leads, opportunities, and forecasts.
  • Track sales performance and prepare periodic reports for management.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • 3-10 years of proven experience in US B2B Sales and Business Development.
  • Strong experience in lead generation, prospecting, client acquisition, and deal closure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; exposure to US clients is essential.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a target-driven environment.
  • Comfortable working night shifts aligned with U.S. time zones.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in hospitality sales, hotel procurement, FF&E, OS&E, furniture, interiors, construction materials, or related industries.
  • Exposure to working with major hotel brands such as Hilton, Marriott, IHG, Wyndham, Choice Hotels, Red Roof Inn, and Motel 6.
  • Understanding of project-based sales, hospitality renovations, and bulk procurement processes.
  • Existing network within the U.S. hospitality industry is an added advantage.
