Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Ghaziabad.

Experience in the cosmetic or healthcare industry is necessary.

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, Closing Sales and achieving revenue targets, maintaining client relationships, and managing accounts. Daily tasks include strategy development, client engagement, and identifying growth opportunities to support the organization's objectives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue and sales targets will also be a key duty.

Qualifications

  • Experience in the cosmetic or healthcare industry is necessary
  • Expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Strong skillset in Business and Account Management
  • Exceptional Communication skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders
  • Proven ability to meet targets and drive business growth
  • Proficiency in market research and strategic planning
  • Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
