Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager with a

background in banking to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will manage

channel partner relationships, secure new partnerships, and drive sales growth through innovative

strategies and enhanced sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

Channel Partner Management:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners.

Identify and recruit new channel partners to expand the network.

Provide training and support to channel partners to ensure they are equipped to promote and sell

our properties effectively.

Monitor and evaluate the performance of channel partners, providing feedback and support to

optimize results.

New Partnerships & Tie-ups

Identify and pursue opportunities for new business tie-ups with banks, financial institutions, and

other relevant partners.

Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that benefit both the company and the partner.

Manage the end-to-end process of establishing new partnerships, from initial contact to contract

signing.

Sales Enhancement Activities

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets.

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand customer needs.

Organize and participate in promotional activities, events, and exhibitions to generate leads and

boost sales.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and campaigns.

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Act as the primary point of contact for major clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing

any issues promptly.

Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

Financial Analysis & Reporting

Utilize banking and financial expertise to analyze market trends and financial data to inform business

development strategies.

Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and

market conditions to senior management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.

MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred.

Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role in the real estate industry.

Strong background in banking or financial services.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners, clients, and stakeholders.

Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
