Business Development Executive – Service Sales

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth for TPI (Third-Party Inspection), Safety Audits, Certifications, and Process Safety services
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and field sales
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and technical discussions to promote services
- Generate and qualify leads, prepare proposals, and follow up for closures
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue generation goals
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and identify potential business opportunities
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM updates
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively
What We're Looking For:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in service sales / business development (preferably in industrial or technical services)
- Knowledge of TPI, audits, inspections, and certification services
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and field sales
Qualification:
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Mandatory)
