Business Development Executive (BDE) drives company growth by identifying new market opportunities, generating leads, and securing new clients. They research industry trends, build relationships, and execute sales strategies to increase revenue. Key responsibilities include cold calling, networking, pitching, and negotiating contracts to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively finding new leads through research, networking, and cold outreach to build a robust sales pipeline.Client Relationship Management: Building, maintaining, and fostering relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure retention and upselling.Market Research & Analysis: Identifying market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities to adapt strategies.Sales Pitching & Negotiation: Delivering presentations, pitching products/services, and negotiating contracts to close deals.Collaboration: Working closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align strategies with customer needs.CRM Maintenance: Updating and maintaining accurate customer databases in CRM systems. Required Skills and Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.Experience: Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.Goal-Oriented: Ability to work under pressure and meet or exceed sales targets.Tools: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
