Role Description

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, managing client accounts, identifying leads, and building long-term professional relationships. This individual will contribute to the company's growth by strategizing and implementing sales initiatives, expanding the customer base, and managing partner relationships effectively. Day-to-day responsibilities include reaching out to potential clients, developing proposals, conducting presentations, and maintaining excellent communication with current accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention. This is a full-time on-site role, located in Pathanamthitta district.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit customers, dealers, and potential clients in assigned areas
  • Promote company products and explain features and benefits
  • Generate new leads and develop customer relationships
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Collect market and competitor information
  • Ensure timely follow-up and payment collection
  • Submit daily/weekly sales reports to the reporting manager

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma / Any Degree
  • 1 year of experience in field sales
  • Good communication skills
  • Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
  • Willingness to travel within the region
