Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Business Development Executive to join our team in an on-site role based in Raipur. As a Business Development Executive, you will identify and develop new business opportunities, generate and nurture leads, and establish strong client relationships. You will drive sales initiatives, collaborate with teams to strategize business plans, and maintain effective communication with stakeholders to achieve organizational goals. Additionally, you will manage client accounts and ensure customer satisfaction to support long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Solid expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong skills in Account Management and nurturing long-term client relationships
- Excellent Business and Communication skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans and execute them effectively
- Proven sales and negotiation skills; ability to achieve and exceed targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency with CRM software and data-driven decision-making is an advantage
