Business Development Executive
Role Overview
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting the growth initiative. The role requires strong communication skills, client engagement ability, and professional representation of the company.
Key Resposibilities
Identify and generate new business leads through market outreach and networking.
Approach government departments, institutions, and corporate clients.
Present company services and solutions to prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams for proposals and project discussions.
Schedule and attend client meetings.
Maintain records of client interactions and business development activities.
Prepare daily and weekly business development reports.
Educational Qualification
MBA (Freshers can apply). Specialization in Marketing / Business Development preferred.
Candidates having 6 months exp. can also apply.
Required Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to confidently interact with clients and stakeholders.
Professional presentation and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Initial training will be provided in Mohali (Punjab).
