Truelancer.com is an online freelance marketplace/website. We have freelancers and clients registered on the platform from all over the world. We have more than 2 million users on our website. We act as an intermediary between the clients and freelancers.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, understanding their project requirements and business goals.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients to ensure long-term engagement.
Freelancer Screening and Recommendation:
- Identify and screen freelance talent based on client project needs.
- Recommend suitable freelancers to clients with supporting rationale for selection.
Coordination and Project Management:
- Set up and manage meetings between clients and recommended freelancers for project discussions and onboarding.
- Act as a liaison between clients and freelancers throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring smooth communication and timely delivery of deliverables.
Account Growth and Upselling:
- Engage with clients to identify additional needs and recommend suitable services or freelancers to drive account expansion.
- Collaborate with the sales team to explore upselling opportunities and maximize client revenue potential.
Talent Pool Development:
- Maintain a pipeline of vetted freelancers in key categories to address ongoing and future client requirements.
- Proactively scout and evaluate freelance talent to ensure scalability and readiness for high-demand projects
- Promote membership plans to freelancers for their benefit and our platform's success.
Client Feedback and Reporting:
- Collect and analyze client feedback to improve service delivery and freelancer performance.
- Prepare and share periodic reports on client account activity, project status, and growth opportunities.
Problem Resolution:
- Address and resolve client or freelancer concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction and trust.
- Escalate critical issues to senior management when necessary, ensuring swift resolutions.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's Degree is required.
- Previous experience in client management is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- A genuine interest in the field of sales.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a valuable asset.
