Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Kota. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and building strong relationships. Daily tasks include conducting market research, pitching services to potential clients, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure service alignment with client needs.

- Strong Business acumen and understanding of market trends.
- Exceptional Communication skills for client interaction and relationship building.
- Experience in Account Management and maintaining long-term partnerships.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in the HR or recruitment sector is an advantage.
