Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Executive - Partnership & Alliances, located in Pune. The Business Executive will be responsible for identifying potential partners, establishing and maintaining business relationships, and negotiating and closing partnership deals. Further responsibilities include developing and executing strategic partnership plans, collaborating with internal teams to align on goals and objectives, and ensuring smooth onboarding and integration of partners. The role will involve analyzing market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.

Role Summary:

This is a full-time role based out of Pune. The Person will be responsible for:

· Generate Leads and establish contact with Mutual Fund Distributors, Income Tax Professionals and Chartered Accountants.

· Give them information about Tata AIA and AIG and business opportunity for them with these two institutions.

· Convince them to join these as Advisors / Agency Partner.

· Complete Documentation, Training, Schedule their Exam and complete Onboarding.

· Help them to commence their initial Business.

· Creating Daily Content for Digital Marketing and Posting on Social Media Platforms.

Key Result Areas

· Understand Various Personal Financial Products specifically all types of Insurance.

· Keep Records updated and service Client.

· Implement Digital & Social Media Marketing for Partnership and Business Opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
• Experience in business development, partnership management, and negotiation
• Finance, Wealth Management and Insurance industry awareness
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
• Strategic thinking and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with the specific industry or market is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
