We're a premium e-commerce agency, a Trusted Meta Partner, driving over ₹175 Crore+ in revenue for brands.

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth for Monastic Media. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a passion for media and storytelling, and a proactive approach to sales and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and market research
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, brands, agencies, and partners
  • Pitch Monastic Media's services, content offerings, and creative solutions to prospective clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, production, marketing) to develop customized proposals
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and partnership terms
  • Track leads, opportunities, and sales performance using CRM tools
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market insights
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or a related field (preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (media/advertising preferred)
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to understand creative/media products and translate them into client value
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting is a plus
