International Business Development Executive (Healthcare)
About the Role
The role focuses on generating and qualifying international business opportunities for Medikabazaar Healthcare across Africa, the Middle East, and other export markets.
Core Responsibilities
- Identify and engage distributors, importers, wholesalers, hospitals, and healthcare buyers.
- Build and maintain prospect databases through LinkedIn, trade directories, exhibitions, and market research.
- Conduct international outreach via phone, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn.
- Introduce company products and services, qualify leads, and understand customer requirements.
- Schedule appointments and product demonstrations for senior sales managers.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders, including Managing Directors, Procurement Managers, Import Managers, Product Managers, and Hospital Administrators.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, including call outcomes, meetings, feedback, and sales opportunities.
- Support the sales process by sharing catalogues, company profiles, price lists, and product certifications.
Essential Skills
- Excellent English communication skills
- International telecalling and cold-calling experience
- B2B sales and negotiation skills
- LinkedIn prospecting and email marketing knowledge
- MS Excel and CRM proficiency
- Ability to achieve sales targets
Preferred Qualifications
- Medical device or healthcare industry experience
- Export sales experience
- Knowledge of African and Middle Eastern markets
- Understanding of international trade
- Experience working with distributors and importers
Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM IST

- IVD: POCT (Glucometer, Hb Meter), Analyzers, Hematology etc.
- Hospital Equipment: Hospital, ICU Beds, OT Tables etc.

Market Coverage
Candidates should be comfortable interacting with customers across Ghana, Nigeria, Kenya, Ethiopia, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Zambia, and Middle Eastern markets.
