Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles for the assigned region.
- Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and drive closures.
- Maintain client relationships and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Provide regular updates on the sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics.
Skills Required:
- 23 years of experience in B2B or SaaS sales & CRM (telecom/IVR/CRM domain preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and handle field visits when required.
- Target-oriented mindset with proven closing ability.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
