InterestedPerformance Marketing / PPC Executive / Senior Executive

- 34 years of professional experience in PPC and performance marketing across multiple paid channels
- Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads, including
- Search Ads
- Display Ads
- Shopping Ads
- Performance Max
- YouTube Ads
- Experience working with Google Merchant Center (feed setup, diagnostics, optimization)
- Strong understanding of campaign structure, keyword strategy, match types, audience targeting & bidding strategies
- Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager for conversion/event tracking setup
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) for performance tracking & reporting
- Ability to manage budgets, pacing, and ROI/ROAS-oriented optimization
- Experience handling performance reporting, client communication, and presenting insights
- Understanding of landing page optimization and conversion rate improvement
- Ability to work independently and own PPC performance end-to-end
- Ability to effectively use AI tools to improve campaign productivity, insights, and execution
Key Responsibilities & KRAs
- Plan, execute, and optimise PPC campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and Performance Max
- Manage keyword research, campaign structuring, ad group setup, negative keywords, and bid strategies
- Create and optimise Shopping campaigns via Google Merchant Center, including feed management and troubleshooting
- Set up, review, and maintain conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, data layers, and event triggers
- Analyse campaign performance daily/weekly and implement improvements to reduce CPL/CPA and increase ROAS
- Conduct A/B tests for ads, creatives, audiences, bidding approaches, and landing pages
- Monitor ad policies, quality scores, search terms, impression shares, and identify growth opportunities
- Prepare monthly PPC performance reports with clear insights and actionables
- Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives
- Coordinate with internal teams or clients for performance updates, strategies, and deliverables
- Proactively identify opportunities to scale campaigns across channels while maintaining profitability
- Ensure smooth tracking, attribution, and data accuracy across analytics tools
- Stay updated with new Google Ads features, targeting options, and algorithm updates
- Experience managing campaigns across multiple industries (e-commerce, lead-gen, SaaS, services)
- Exposure to remarketing/retargeting frameworks and audience segmentation
- Ability to plan complete funnel strategies (awareness retargeting performance)
- Experience with campaign budget forecasting and modeling
- Understanding of feed optimisation tools or automation scripts
- Experience with Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
