Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to drive new business opportunities and strengthen client relationships for our Advertising/ Marketing agency. The ideal candidate should be target-driven, proactive, and skilled in building strategic connections to generate leads and convert them into long-term business partnerships. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business through networking, LinkedIn outreach, and personal connections.
  • Build and maintain a strong client network across relevant industries.
  • Create compelling pitch decks and presentations for prospective clients.
  • Lead client pitches, negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly revenue and client acquisition targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, digital marketing) to ensure successful execution.
  • Manage small teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction.
  • Track leads, follow-ups, and performance metrics to drive growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1–4 years of experience in Business Development or Client Acquisition (preferably in Advertising/Digital Marketing).
  • Strong industry network with relevant brand and agency contacts for lead generation.
  • Experience in creating and delivering pitch decks and presentationsGood project management skills during pitches.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
  • Target-driven mindset with a strong focus on achieving business goals.
  • Basic team coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Knowledge of Advertising and Digital marketing services like SEO, social media, performance marketing, branding, and ads.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify new market opportunities.
