Role Description

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying and nurturing new business opportunities. Daily responsibilities include identifying and reaching out to potential leads, building strong client relationships, and developing sales strategies to achieve targets. You will collaborate with internal teams to align business development initiatives with organizational goals. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kalyani Nagar, Pune.

Qualifications

  • Strong Business Development and Sales capabilities, including lead generation, prospecting, and establishing client relationships.
  • Proficiency in Market Research and Strategic Planning to identify growth opportunities and develop actionable plans.
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills for client interactions and team collaborations.
  • Knowledge of B2B Marketing, CRM platforms, sales funnel management, and related tools and technologies.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is a plus.
  • Experience in working with AI-driven sales or marketing tools is highly desirable.
